LEAPS Mentoring “L.E.A.P.S. is a proactive program that has the ability to curb potential crime, poor academic performance, other negative aspects of bad decision making.

(Leadership, Education, Achievement, Partnership, and Service) is a comprehensive program designed and implemented by local law enforcement officers which will have a positive impact on the lives of young men in our community. This mentor program has been designed as a proactive approach to combat and break down already existing socio-economic barriers that drastically affect a youth’s life. The p

rogram will provide young men with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to achieve their dreams. This will be achieved by instilling in them core values and principles such as responsibility, respect, discipline, service, achievement, and honesty. This will help equip, empower, educate, and develop young men into leaders of tomorrow.”
