This is the LAST night market with vendors and live music! 🎵We came up with a lot of fun activities for you and the whole family! ♥️ We’ve organized the event, spent money on the activities + band, and got ahold of volunteers willing to put their time into the event. Now, all we want is for you to come enjoy your time with us. We can’t wait to see you there! 🔥👻

What local/government/private/nonprofit organizations are you seeing firsthand that are needing to evolve? 💭⬇️

Small-town charm is worth preserving, but stagnation isn’t the same as tradition. 🤎

Research from McKinsey has found that companies that regularly innovate and adapt are better positioned to grow and remain competitive. Communities are no different. The world changes, people’s needs change, and the way we serve our community must evolve, too.
