Iakwa'shatste Youth Fitness

Iakwa'shatste Youth Fitness Iakwa'shatste Youth Fitness is a non-profit organization that provides fitness programming to the Community of Akwesasne.

Founded in May 2015, Iakwa'shatste Youth Fitness has been a long time in the making. We are back on the trail Monday!! 🙌

We get asked alot about hiking during the week and work. We hike during the week in summer season because the trails are so over populated on the weekends and our groups get a little big. Our goal for our hiking group to be able to enjoy the hike at your own pace!

We had quite a few ask about hiking patches and where to starting. So along with Akwesasne Child & Family Services we are starting from the easiest patch challenge and working our way up!!

Join us for our next hiking series just for Families (or beginners) for the KIDS TRIAD PATCH HIKING SERIES!!

Mondays August 17th
