iD.A.Y Dream is a non-profit organization, catering to middle and high school students, providing them with an interactive setting that enables them to dream out loud. Without encouragement, some children tend to bottle up their ideas, doubt their abilities and hesitate to share their goals and aspirations, but we want to help our children unleash their full potential. These are our future leaders and we want to pour into them, but it takes a village.

One of the most powerful tools our Dreamers can hold is right in their hands—a pen.

Our Dreamers are learning different ways to manage competing schedules, responsibilities, goals, and commitments through the power of planning, prioritizing, and taking action.

Because a plan without action is just a plan.

These planners aren’t meant to sit in a backpack. Our Dreamers will be challenged to use them DAILY—writing down goals, tracking commitments, managing deadlines, and holding themselves accountable.

Yesterday, we gathered, connected, had FUN—and got to WORK!

Our Dreamers are officially ready for the journey ahead! Over the next 8 months, we’ll be equipping them with the tools, experiences, confidence, and leadership skills they need to dream boldly, lead with purpose, and create meaningful change in their communities.

None of this happens without our village, and we are incredibly grateful.
