You may advertise your business but not sell your personal belongings. No ISO (in search of) looking to buy people's used stuff either.
2. NO ADVERTISING UNTIL WE HIT 1,000 members. Business ads once every 72 hours. We are aware of what "bumping" is and adding comments or replying HOURS later for a free bump. Dialog with an interest is fine just keep it timely. Be respectful. This is your busines

3. Treat members and admins with respect. We will do our best to warn you often more than once but from time to time have to delete comments, posts and members.
4. You may advertise a garage sale but do not buy or sell from the garage sale ad/picture. If we see such exchanges going on we will delete the post and ask you to start over.
5. School and community fundraisers may post once a day.
6. No selling pets even if you are a breeder. This is a place of community and we encourage you to visit one of our many shelters or rescues.
7. No license plates or pictures of people who you feel are up to "no good." Unless there is an actual police report and/or search this is not the place to "shame" someone in our community. We do not know their circumstances or situation and their family and friends may be here.
8. No MLM promoting ("Sign up to make millions from home" kind of posts). You can advertise your product but not promote signing up.
9. Current events: If something is up and happening (fire, major accident, crime) and has a LOT of posts on the same topic, admins will use their discretion to delete some of the repeats.
10. Make shared links public before you share them. If "attachment unavailable" comes up we will delete.
11. No cross group drama. If you have a problem with an admin or rules of another group this is not the place to take up your grievances. Those posts and comments will be deleted.
12. Real Estate posts: you may post your business per business rules but only post open house events if sharing a house listed. Our goal is to tag those who might need to read the rules but we won't always warn but will hope the members will just read the rules. We will just hit delete if we see you've broken rules and we will remove users who continue to not care or are using the group for constant free advertising. The group has build community at this point and if the advertisers are active members they notice that and look for their business. We aren't another group to "spam."
