Hi everyone! MVCC's Psychology Club and Helping Hawks are fundraising money American Heart Association Heart Walk. All proceeds will go to saving lives from this country's No. 1 and No. 5 killers - heart disease and stroke. Our goal is to raise $1000, so every little bit helps. These past 40 days for life, 693 children were saved from abortion because of people like us standing outside, and praying in front of abortion clinics across the country. We are extremely proud to be among the people who helped to save all of those innocent children, and we can't wait for another chance to do it again.

It's so sad to think that life isn't valued anymore. We live in a society where people think that taking the life of another person is somehow morally good. It can never be justified. Life is not something we are allowed to take away at our leisure. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those who were in Las Vegas at the time of the shooting and all those who were affected by it
