Hi friends! While our programming will be paused for a bit, a couple of our wonderful partners have offered to continue hosting the LGBTQIA+ socials at their locations. Much thanks to and for holding this space for our community to gather and connect, even when it isn't funded. Hi friends! We have some bittersweet news for y'all. Due to some funding delays, we will be taking a pause from active programming beginning May 1st and we hope to be back on track by November at the latest. Our dear friends Cris and Kaya will be leaving their positions due to this break, which will leave room for some new wonderful faces to join our team and Network if and when our programming resumes. While this change is of course a bit bitter, it is also sweet as it offers space for more intentional and strategic planning and for some new faces and energy to be brought into this work.
In the meantime, BRiDGES will still be offering some LGBTQIA+ programming, check out their Facebook and event calendar for updates.

We will still have MadCo Pride 2024 merch distributed(thank you for the help from our BRiDGES team and LGBTQIA+ Network) at our partner's locations. Check out our MadCo Pride Map to see where you can get some pins, pamphlets, and support businesses that support you!

Hi friends!
A reminder of our upcoming mushroom workshop with Fruit of the Fungi, on April 25th from 6-7:30.

This workshop will be an introduction to growing blue oyster and lion's mane mushrooms and creating tea blends with reishi and other mushrooms. We will talk about the health benefits of these mushrooms as well.
Each attendee has a choice to bring home a mushroom grow bag or tea supplies. We hope to see y'all at the Cornell Cooperative Extension in Morrisville 4/25, from 6-7:30!

Hello friends
A reminder of our upcoming q***r self care event!!! This one will take place April 9th, from 6-8pm, at the Zen Den in Hamilton. This workshop will offer support, tools and experiences that will enhance self care for attendees. If you've been feeling burnt out, are looking for some relaxing time, seeking to fill your cup or simply want to be in community- this workshop is for you!
We will have Jae Friedman of JF Bodywork available all evening offering chair massages.

We will have one hour of yoga instruction, wear comfy clothes if you want to participate in this. Yoga mats will be provided
