Last night, the City of Oneida Fire Department was proud to host the Madison County Battalion One fire training.

The training focused on firefighter survival, forcible entry, search evolutions, and vertical ventilation — all essential skills that require ongoing practice and teamwork.

Joint trainings like this are a great opportunity to strengthen coordination, improve readiness, and build strong working relationships among departments that commonly work together.

Members from the City of Oneida Fire Department facilitated the training evolutions in partnership with the Madison County Fire Coordinators. And would like to thank all departments involved for taking the time to come and train.
