Congratulations State Wide Real Estate of Onaway, LLC for putting together a successful event!! Rain or shine, even hail, it happened!!! The community showed up for the young bakers and the establishements in town had tasty treats for all!! What a way to kick off the summer. Thank you for your commitment to our community!

This family-friendly facility features a ¼ mile oval asphalt track, an uphill 1/8-mile drag strip, and hosts big-rig and stock car racing, tractor pulls, and more. Established in 1983 and now owned by avid racer Mike Sturgill, Onaway Speedway keeps the thrill of racing alive in the Midwest.

Mercy chef's are serving meals in Onaway at St. Paul's Hall this week. They are looking for volunteers. They have 2 shifts. 9am to 2pm and 2:30 to 7pm. It would be helping prepare and serve meals. The meals are take out from 11am to 1pm and 4pm to 6pm. Any help is much appreciated. You can sign up on there website or just show up. There website is Mercychefs.com to find out more about them. They are staying thru Sunday and served 1,600 meals yesterday. But they need help! When you arrive, ask for Lisa!
