🗣Waste Watchers has a new program -
🌏Operation Our Clean Roads.🌍
We invite groups of people, 👩‍👩‍👦‍👦no more than 10 at a time but no less than 3, all aged 16 or over, to join us to pick up a road. The group can choose their road, or we ask VDOT to recommend a road.☀️
We get the permit and provide safety information, vests, signs, gloves, grabbers, etc. The group is given a check on the spot.

💰$15/bag or tire. For badly littered roads, your group can earn an average of $500 for three hours of work! This is a great opportunity for non-profit organizations to earn cash for their interest group.

ADVANCE NOTICE: Next month’s meeting will be May 8 at 6pm at Sage Diner in Onley. Mark your calendars and be sure to come meet some of the members who have a hard time getting to the noon meetings!
