Local volunteers on the Eastern Shore are using colorful, eye-catching storefront displays to attract new businesses to downtown Onancock. The unique effort is already generating interest from potential business owners.

If only I could stay in this quiet bubble of peace a little while longer. 😌 If you’re not familiar with the Eastern Shore of Virginia, it’s a big change of pace from the state’s I-95 corridor. The region revolves around nature, with a few cute towns tucked into the landscape. And one of those towns is where I am now: Onancock!
