Stephanie Hurlburt will be joining us on Wednesday, October 11th to talk to us about The Power of Connection: Learning how to reconnect after trauma (body, mind, and spirit). Many of us have experienced some type of trauma or know someone who has. Trauma impacts our stress response system and our ability to connect with ourselves and in our relationships. Stephanie will help us gain a deeper understanding as to what trauma is and the impacts it has on our body, mind, and emotions.

📌Please note that Stoney Creek is requiring us to call in our food count 10 days ahead of the event. Registration is really important so we can all enjoy some delicious food. 😁
