I had the opportunity to visit Joy’s Day Care, read a book with the kids, and teach them some important fire safety tips alongside our local fire department. It was so much fun seeing their excitement and watching them learn how they can help keep themselves and others safe!

I’m so grateful for opportunities like this to share fire safety with all ages of our community and continue lighting the path to fire safety, one spark at a time.

Such a special time at Onalaska Community Days!

I loved getting the chance to meet so many of the amazing nonprofits, small businesses, and organizations that make our community so special. It was inspiring to hear about the work they’re doing and see just how many people are working to make a difference right here in Onalaska.

It was an exciting afternoon attending the West Salem Emergency Services Family Event with my Miss Onalaska, Anna! Spending time meeting so many of the first responders who serve our community every day was amazing. From exploring emergency vehicles to talking with firefighters, police officers, EMS, and flight crews, it was a great reminder of the dedication and teamwork behind every emergency response.

A huge thank you to everyone who organized this wonderful event, the sponsors who made it possible, and especially our first responders for all you do to keep our communities safe. Events like these help inspire preparedness, build connections, and remind us that safety starts long before an emergency happens.

✨ This talent was more than a dance, it was my story.

Dancing to Ashes by Celine Dion was an emotional way to share the journey that inspired my community service initiative, SPARK the Way. After experiencing a house fire, I learned that even after the ashes, hope can still rise. That message of resilience, strength, and finding light after difficult moments is at the heart of SPARK the Way.

The best part of this journey was never the destination - it was the people, purpose, and impact along the way.

While I’m not taking home the title of Miss Wisconsin’s Teen this year, I am incredibly honored to have received the Teens in Action Scholarship, recognizing the work of SPARK the Way and the importance of fire safety, preparedness, and supporting families after crisis.

Congratulations Meredith, Meredith Rosemurgy, Miss Madison’s Teen 2026 your new Miss Wisconsin’s Teen ! ✨ I cannot wait to watch all that you accomplish this year and see the impact you’ll make across our state.

Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this week. My journey with SPARK the Way is far from over, and I can’t wait to continue growing this mission and serving others for years to come. ❤️
