🚨 Slow Down Children At Play! 🚨

With football and baseball in full swing, we have a lot of kids coming in and out of the complex. Please do not speed in the complex or on the roads leading into it.

The speed limit inside the complex is 5 MPH. Please respect that speed limit, and please slow down on the roads coming into the complex as well.

Being in or out of the complex 20 seconds faster is not worth risking someone getting hurt. Kids can be running, walking, or simply crossing the road, and we need everyone to do their part to keep them safe.

If your child is a few minutes late to practice or a game, it’s okay. It’s much better to be late than to take a chance with someone’s safety.

Please help us keep the complex a SAFE ZONE FOR OUR KIDS! 🙏⚾️🥎🏈

If you have a boy or girl planning on trying out for Middle School Baseball or Softball at Milton Middle, we need YOUR help! ⚾️🥎

One of the ways we can make these programs successful is by improving the fields these kids will be using during the upcoming season.

💰 A portion of the money raised through this fundraiser will go directly toward upgrades to the fields that will be used for Milton Middle School Baseball & Softball.

So, if your child is planning on trying out, please consider signing up to volunteer and help us make this fundraiser a success!

It takes a community to provide these opportunities for our kids, and every volunteer makes a difference. 💙

💚🤍 ONE OF OUR OWN IS GOING INTO THE MARSHALL HALL OF FAME! 🤍💚

This Saturday, one of the most accomplished athletes to ever come out of our community will officially be inducted into the Marshall University Hall of Fame — and we couldn’t be more proud of Morgan Zerkle! 🥎

Morgan’s journey started right here at Milton Little League, now Ona Milton Little League, before taking her from local fields to the biggest stages in softball.

🥎 Cabell Midland High School
• Three-time West Virginia Gatorade Player of the Year
• Multiple All-State honors
• One of the most decorated players in West Virginia softball history

🥎 Marshall University
• NFCA First Team All-American in 2017 — a program first
• Conference USA Player of the Year
• Set Marshall records for batting average, hits, runs and stolen bases
• Finished among the NCAA’s all-time leaders in stolen bases

🥎 Beyond College
• Represented Team USA on the international stage 🇺🇸
• Competed professionally in Athletes Unlimited Softball

🥎 Today
• Head Coach of Marshall University Softball, where she continues to inspire and develop the next generation of student-athletes.

From the fields of Ona Milton to the national and international stage, Morgan has represented our community, our state and Marshall University with incredible pride.

We are proud to call her one of our own, and we couldn’t be happier to see her receive this well-deserved honor.

The Milton Complex Pumpkin Festival Parking Fundraiser is coming October 1st–4th, and we need YOUR help to make it a huge success! 🧡

This is more than just a fundraiser for Ona Milton Little League. The money raised will help support our OMLL kids AND help us make improvements to the fields that will be used for Middle School Baseball and Softball! ⚾️🥎

So, if your child plays in OMLL or you have a child planning to try out for one of the new middle school baseball or softball teams, we could use your help!

It takes a community to build something great, and this is a great opportunity for all of us to give back to the kids in our community. 💙
