Omaha Composite Squadron The Omaha Composite Squadron (OCS) membership fulfills the three missions of the Civil Air Patrol – Emergency Services, Cadet Programs and Aerospace Education.

The Omaha Composite Squadron prides itself in serving our community, state and nation through Aerospace Education, Cadet Programs and Emergency Services.

- Best Unit Award, 2013, 2017 We train in search & rescue with both ground teams and air crews. We are assigned a Cessna 182T and a Cessna 172S for both Search & Rescue and Cadet Or

ientation Flights. Our squadron meets at the Chalco Hills Recreation Area in the Papio Natural Resources District Administration Building. The offices are located on the lower level of the North wing. Come and join us to see what CAP has to offer. Visitors are always welcome!

Great weekend for UAS training with cadets. Everyone had a chance to familiarize themselves with basic UAS safety, operations, navigation and flight characteristics of various drone models.
