We’re excited to bring our community together for resources, connection, support, and opportunity. Whether you are looking for services and support OR you have resources to share, this event is for all of us.

🩺 We’re also excited to share that the Methodist Mobile Diabetes Truck will be onsite providing:
✔ Blood pressure screenings
✔ Height/weight & BMI screenings
✔ Blood glucose testing
✔ Hemoglobin A1C screenings
✔ Total cholesterol screenings
✔ Education and support based on individual results

📣 We STILL have vendor spots available for organizations and businesses who want to connect with the community and share resources!
