🚨 Here’s tonight’s segment! Thank you to those who participated & helped out!

Amid the government shutdown, local military members in Omaha participated in the annual Hike for Hunger, donating more than 1,500 food items to a local church.

38 participants and 1568 items of food donated on this year’s Hike for Hunger event! Thank you to everyone who came out, donated and support us in this adventure. We can’t say enough how blessed we are that you all want to be involved with this! KETV did a story and it’ll air a preview at 4pm and full story at 6pm

Hike for Hunger update…currently 18 have registered. I sent an email today to the registrants. If you didn’t get an email and you registered please message me to let me know. I just want to have a good count because the church will be feeding us.

Keep the registrations coming. We are currently at 14 and I know there a lot more wanting to do the hike. Of course you can still hike if you don’t register. Registration is important because the food pantry provides lunch and needs to know how many to cook for.
