At our May 8 gathering, we focused on how leaders can ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐, ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ผ๐ป others in lasting ways.
๐ฑ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ผ๐ป, ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ, kicked things off by challenging us to think about how ๐ด๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐โwith a seed of ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐๐. From small, daily steps to long-term legacy, ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป. She challenged us to think intentionally about where weโre called to grow as leaders and who we can help grow on their leadership journey.
