The Nebraska Licensed Beverage Association is a non-profit trade association formed for the purpose of protecting the business interests of the tavern, cocktail lounge, package store, hotel and restaurant and all other licensed beverage retailers. By associating together, beverage retailers are able to educate the American public to the fact that they are a recognized organization protecting the r

ight of the retailers to operate their business in an orderly and law abiding manner. Moreover, the association operates as a watchdog of various legislative bodies and regulatory commissions regarding laws, rules and regulations that have a direct or indirect effect upon the retail alcoholic beverage industry. The NLBA is a non-profit trade association operated by its members through elected officers and counsel, plus a professional staff serves the membership on a day-to-day basis from their office located in Omaha, Nebraska. Basically, NLBA is a service organization with the goal of providing assistance to its members by helping them protect, develop and improve their individual business.
