🎉 The Nebraska Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Joins the Celebration of Día de Alegria🎉 NOS UNIMOS PARA CELEBRAR!

On Wednesday, June 10, all day long, the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to join the efforts of our community peers and Douglas County Commissioner Roger Garcia el Día de la Alegria in the heart of South Omaha.

We are especially grateful for the outstanding response from our members of the South Omaha Business Association (SOBA), a program of the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber Foundation, who answered our call to celebrate our community by offering special discounts and promotions throughout the day.

This initiative reflects the strength of local businesses working together to create a vibrant, welcoming, and prosperous South Omaha. Yesterday we proudly celebrated the Soft Opening and Ribbon Cutting of Nevería El Buen Sabor’s second location on 72nd Street! 🎉✂️🍦

As the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, this moment fills us with tremendous pride. We have had the privilege of witnessing Julia and Dionisio’s journey from the very beginning as entrepreneurs and small business owners. Today, seeing their business expand with a second location is a testament to their hard work, perseverance, and dedication.

Their success is not only a victory for their family and our NE Hispanic Chamber membership, it is a success for our entire community. Latino and Hispanic entrepreneurs continue to strengthen the economy of Omaha, create opportunities, and now expand into Ralston, demonstrating the positive impact of local businesses on our region.

We congratulate Julia, Dionisio, and their entire family on this incredible achievement and wish them continued growth and prosperity. May this new location bring even more sweet memories and success for years to come.
