A tryst with destiny - IIT Outreach Center in Houston. Impressed by the new Director IIT Kharagpur Suman Chakrabarty’s vision and leadership. Looking forward to working with him and the alumni leaders and experts, implementing the vision.

We are at the cusp of taking IIT Kgp to the next level, where we collaborate and partner with eminent universities, experts and industry, globally to bring value to students and researchers on one hand and industry on the other.

IIT Kharagpur delegation is visiting Bay Area.

Congratulations to Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google on receiving DSC (Honoris Causa) and Anjali Pichai on receiving Distinguished Alumni Award from the IIT Kharagpur delegation consisting of Prof V K Tewari, Director, Prof R Banerjee, Deputy Director and Prof. D Chakravarty, Dean Alumni Affairs in the presence of family along with alumni Vinod Gupta and Ron Singh Gupta.

Also great to meet top donors of the institute for a group dinner and discussing the vision for IIT Kharagpur.

Thank you to the alumni including Bikash Koley, Rakesh Gupta, Roy da Silva, Debu Chatterjee, Asoke Deysarkar, Debendra Das Sharma, Ronnie Ray, Pradip Fatehpuria, Suresh Nair, Arjun Malhotra, Praful M Kulkarni, Partha Ghosh, Surojit Chatterjee, Abhinav Shashank and many others for taking time to organize, meet and reconnect with the institute.
