Million Meal March Omaha Kids Against Hunger food is 4 dry food ingredients-- rice, soy, vitamin powder and vegetables--packed into a plastic bag, sealed and boxed.

Omaha Against Hunger will pack highly nutritious, life-saving meals for starving and malnourished children and their families in developing countries and the United States. The goal of the organization is for its meals to provide a stable nutritional base from which recipient families can move from starvation to self-sufficiency.

Tuesday April 21st, ConAgra Foods will be at the Century Link Center with 400+ employees to pack 500,000 Kids Against Hunger Meals!

**We need volunteers to help us run this event.**

50 # Crew--filling tubs with rice and soy to be packed. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Box Crew--replenishing tables with empty boxes and taking full boxes weighing 33 # to the pallets.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 8:30-11:30 OR 11:30-2:30

**Must be 16 years old or older to volunteer for this event.

**FREE t-shirt to all service volunteers!

The excitement is building and so is the website for sign ups! This year we will be taking sign ups for Packing Volunteers and Service Volunteers (non-food packing) right on our website! Check back here for a thumbs up when the sign ups are ready on the website! In the meantime, spread the word, start fundraising and get a team together! 12 Packing Volunteers + $900 + April 10 or 11 at the KAH Packing Warehouse located at 13823 Industrial Road.
