Omaha Area Alumni Chapter The official page of the Omaha Area Alumni Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity This generally includes the Omaha, Lincoln and Council Bluffs areas.

The Omaha area alumni chapter is the official alumni chapter for those brothers of Alpha Kappa living in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa. Our primary focus is on providing social and networking opportunities for our members, service projects in our communities as well as working with our local collegiate chapters at UNL and Creighton University. Interested in getting more involved directly with students? Here is an exciting opportuning. Delta PI (Creighton) is looking for a few alumni to help with their upcoming case competition. Below are details they provided to me:

Hosted at Creighton University on November 6 & 7th, the Case Competition includes a weekend full of networking, company tours, brotherhood and of course, competition. Through the Case Competition, brothers are introduced to the realities of decision making, and we believe this weekend will include plentiful opportunities for networking, and will provide great experience and practice for brothers whom wish to compete in the Case Competition at PBLI.

This is where you come in…We are looking for judges to help evaluate the competition on November 7th from about 8:00am – 2:00pm. Breakfas t and lunch will be provided. You would essentially be responsible for grading teams during their given presentation time. Contact David Craham at [email protected] if interested in helping.

CALLING ALL INTERESTED AKPSI ALUMS!
The Delta Pi Chapter (Creighton) of AKPSI is looking for some alumni to serve as judges for their local Case Competition on November 8th. They are hosting several local universities/chapters in an exciting event on Creighton's Campus. The commitment required is 8am to 11:15 or 11am to 2:30 on Saturday. I think the event will be a lot of fun and there should be good some good presentations. Creighton will be providing all the information on proper scoring, case information, etc. and I (Dan Lantis) have an agenda I can provide to anyone who is interested. If you you want more details or would like a contact at Creighton to sign up with, please let me know ASAP! - Dan

All, after careful consideration...I've decided to move our organization to a "Page" instead of a "Group" on Facebook. Because we are going to be using other means to manage our membership, I'm hoping this provides a better mechanism for members to stay up to date while also allow people to see our activities that don't live in Omaha. I think you'll also find it allows you to control notifications better. Please like the page, which should allow you to see our updates in your news feed.
