-We partner with farmers, ranchers, landowners, businesses, federal and state governments, and other nonprofits to pursue pragmatic solutions to conservation challenges.
-In a state with less than 5% public ownership, fee title ownership is critical to our success. We keep strategic tracts of land to protect wildlife from threats and to showcase best land management practices.
-Conservation
easements protect land for future generations while allowing owners to retain many private property rights and to live on and use their land.
-Our outreach programs provide opportunities for hundreds of students, teachers, and visitors to learn about and enjoy Nebraska landscapes each year. We host field trips, bird walks, bison round-ups, and many other outings every year.
-Most of our properties allow some public access: for example, there are hiking trails on three of our properties.
