💗 Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗

Breast cancer awareness is more than a month to us — it is a cause that is deeply connected to us. As sisters of Sigma Lambda Gamma, we stand together to educate, support, advocate, and raise awareness for those affected by breast cancer.

Today, October 15, we recognize Global Breast Cancer Awareness Day and honor survivors, remember those we have lost, and stand alongside every person and family impacted by breast cancer. 🌎

Your mental health matters.💗
College can come with pressure, stress, uncertainty, and challenges that aren’t always visible. Remember that you don’t have to go through difficult moments alone. It’s okay to ask for help, take a break, and prioritize your well-being.
Let’s create a community where talking about mental health is encouraged, support is available, and no one feels alone. 🫶
