📣VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!📣

is hosting the final on October 24th, from 9-11 AM.

We are looking for community members who want to make an impact in their neighborhood by cleaning up litter and beautifying the environment.

There will be FREE dumpsters (no tires, paint, or chemicals, please!) at the following locations:

Global Leadership Group (3118 N 24th Street)

Holy Name Housing Corporation's Adams Park Senior Cottages (2700 N 36th Court)

Fairfax Neighborhood Association (41st and Bedford in the alley)

Lothrop Elementary School (West Parking lot at 24th and Pinkney)

Other volunteer activities include picking up trash, weeding, and trimming trees.

We are ONE MONTH away from our LAST community cleanup of 2026! Join us for The Big Sweep on October 24th. No impact is too small, and no volunteer group too large. Whether it is direct litter cleanup, large item disposal support, or garden winterization, all will play an important role in sending North 24th Street shining into winter.

🧹Post-Parade Cleanup — August 15th | Immediately following the parade

It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood! We had such a great turnout for the in preparation for the rescheduled Juneteenth Parade.

Thanks to our *45* volunteers, we collected 30 bags of trash, filled 3, 30-cubic foot dumpers, tended to 21 garden beds, and distributed 350 flyers.

Global Leadership Group is hosting a neighborhood cleanup today from 9 am to noon at 3116 N 18th St. We have dumpsters for non-commercial users. Please don’t bring paint, tires, chemicals or stones.
