10 years ago today my heart was broken beyond repair. It will never heal. 10 years agog today we lost our Kelsey Raffaele do to distracted driving.

You know what my biggest fear in life has been for the last 10 years? Losing Courtney to a distracted driver. Maybe one of my friends use their phone while driving and kills my Courtney. Maybe a stranger. I pray every day to the Lord and the end of every prayer is that He sends an angel to watch over Courtney. To keep her safe. Safe from a distracted driver.

I just ask one simple thing from everyone. Put your phone away while you are behind the wheel of a car. PLEASE!!!!

Kelsey Raffaele No one can even begin to understand this pain except for the ones that have lost a child. I cry every day. I sleep in your bed. You and Courtney are the first thing on my mind when I wake up and the last thing on my mind when I go to sleep.

At the end of that prayer I say every day to the Lord, I ask Him to give you an hug from your mamma and to tell you I love you and I will see home soon.

I love you Kelsey. To the moon and back a billion times....
