Cub Scout Pack 409 Space Program This page is to post public reports about the space adventure that Cub Scout Pack 409 is embarking upon. Our Pack dreams big!

Our big ideas have lead us to space! We have decided to launch a space program. The goal of our space program is launch a weather balloon into near space. This balloon will carry a payload consisting of a still camera, a video camera, flight recording instruments, and a tracking device. This idea was presented to the Pack 409 members who were attending Cub Resident Camp at Little Sioux Scout Ranch on June 17-19, 2016. The campers loved the idea and the Pack 409 Space Program was born.
