Spread the word! Election day is fast approaching, and we want to make sure you're informed. Because YOUR VOTE MATTERS.
First: The League of Women Voters will cover what you'll see on the ballot this year: the who, dismantling complicated language, and making sure you know your polling places and requirements.
Next: Hear directly from the candidates for the District 4 NU Board of Regents, Susanne Shore and Justin Solomon, in our forum. (District 4 represents the eastern quarter of Douglas County.) There may be time for questions as well. The Board of Regents makes decisions for the University of Nebraska system, including approving the budget and tuition rates, reviewing academic programs and more. This is a nonpartisan race.

Unfortunately, Sweet Circle had to cancel our larger health fair but a few community partners are still coming out to serve you! Including Creighton Dentistry, NOAH clinic, One Stop Cancer Shop, and Red Thread Ways.

Not to mention, Yates Illuminates pantry (first come, first serve) and the MOMentum free clothing closet.
