Camp Nakomis is an action‑packed summer adventure created for youth ages 6–14 from the Omaha metro and Council Bluffs communities.⛺️

Each week brings a brand‑new theme filled with outdoor excitement, creative challenges and hands‑on fun that keeps campers engaged from start to finish. Kids spend their days canoeing, swimming, fishing, trying archery, riding pontoon boats, racing down epic slip‑and‑slides, jumping in bounce houses, heading out on field trips and tackling exciting group activities.

Whether campers join for one week or all seven, Camp Nakomis offers a safe, supportive environment where friendships grow, confidence builds and unforgettable summer memories are made.🌟

Happy Earth Day! Here are some pictures of our Earth Day activities. Cadets took part in a scavenger hunt searching for dandelions to make a crown. Our 3rd and 4th graders showed the importance of kindness during our anti-bullying lesson. Some club members chose to do their homework outside. We included pictures from our field trip to Carter Lake Club/ Camp Nakomis.
