Benson Community Center, 2nd Floor

Free and open to adults 18+.

Join BFF and artist Kim Darling for an 8-week studio workshop series exploring hand-built clay sculpture, artist books, and painting. Through material exploration, contemporary art practices, and guided studio projects, participants will experiment with new techniques, develop ideas, and create original works in a collaborative studio setting. All materials are provided. Artists of all experience levels are welcome.

Walk ins welcome. Registrations help us plan accordingly. Register in advance at the link below:

🌎✨ The New American Arts Festival returns to the Benson Creative District on First Friday, August 7, 2026, bringing together artists, performers, makers, creators, and organizations for a celebration of culture, creativity, and community.

NAAF supports immigrant, migrant, and refugee communities by creating paid opportunities for artists, increasing visibility for their work, and making space for communities to share their cultures, stories, and traditions with Omaha.
