Tangier Shrine is a Masonic based fraternity proud to be a member of the Omaha community. Louis.

We actively support the community through our participation in local and regional event to further our cause of the Shrine Hospitals for Children and the community. Tangier Shrine Center, founded in 1889, consists of approximately 2,600 members and provides support to three Shriners Hospitals for Children, located in Chicago, Minneapolis, and St. During the course of a given year, approximately 10

,000 volunteer hours and 100,000 miles are logged transporting children and families from Tangier’s region, which encompasses Northeast Nebraska and Southwest Iowa, to Shriners Hospitals for treatment and appointments.

Tangier Shrine proudly hosted a Red Cross Blood Drive last Friday, and thanks to the generosity of our Nobles, Ladies, and Friends, 17 pints of blood were donated to help save lives in our community.

❤️🤍💙 Honoring Those Who Served

The Tangier Legion of Honor, alongside local Boy Scouts, came together to continue a meaningful Memorial Day tradition—placing hundreds of miniature American flags on the west lawn of Tangier Shrine in tribute to our veterans, active-duty military, and patriots.

This powerful display serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made by so many to protect our freedoms. We are especially grateful to the young Scouts who joined us in this act of service, helping ensure the spirit of remembrance continues for future generations.

We invite the community to pause, reflect, and honor the brave men and women who have served our nation.
