Hello Neighbors! Just wanted to remind you of some upcoming dates, mark you calendars.

Beginning Sept 1 we will transition to a bi-weekly recycle schedule. This is a result of a suggestion from a neighbor to help reduce costs. Thank you - Great idea.

Sept 19 is our neighbor summer social. 6-9 pm, near the intersection of 142nd and Bauman Ave (upper deadend). Bring a chair and your drinks. We'll have live music. Meet a new friend.

Sunday November 15 is the annual meeting for HOA members (owners). More news to come via USPS.

Hope you are having a great summer.

Late summer fertilizer application
