The former Greater Omaha Cage Bird Society The Greater Omaha Cage Bird Society closed operations on 12/31/2023. The Group offers information and support to people interested in cage birds.

We maintain this page to assist with lost and found cage birds in the Omaha metropolitan area. It has a lending library of books on training, care and husbandry. It provides support to the community, education, rescue and adoption services. All volunteer GOCBS board members are experienced bird owners. Meetings are free to the public and visitors are always welcome!
