Mrs. Pouncil was an amazing parent within the foundational years of the FLIYE Arts Youth Development Program.

Her daughter, Jalaya Haynes, served as our student president for the Arts program—With her mother’s support, she served as a committed member all the way.

From bake sales and talent show volunteering, Mrs. Pouncil was truly a light to have around.

Our condolences to Jalaya and the Pouncil family.
