Say hello to Kalynn Stoner, our next speaker for the Race, Religion, and Social Justice Conference!
Kalynn Stoner is a PhD Candidate at Gratz College, obtaining a doctoral degree in Holocaust and Genocide Studies. Her dissertation currently focuses on why bystanders collaborate with perpetrators and analyzes whether there are common reasons for their behavior across genocides. While primarily focusing on Poland and Rwanda, she hopes to expand her analysis to include other countries worldwide. With this research, she hopes to improve how States choose to intervene in areas that are at risk for mass atrocities and genocide. Previous Undergraduate and Masters research also includes Middle East Relations, International Law, and Terrorism.
