We are counting the days! Experience nine different artists and creative all in support of mental health in Omaha the greater area!

What you will not receive is a bunch of speeches and narratives about our organization.

What you will experience is a glimpse into the power of creative healing in the most fun way possible!

Nebraska Expressive Arts Therapy Foundation (NExT Foundation) brings free programming through a clinical therapists trained in expressive arts, offering core programming, free to community for youth and adults.

Come feast on beautiful food, enjoy your drink tickets, possibly sampling our signature drink, CARNIVAL, and wander through the castle, September 10.

You can experience as a witness, or participate with visual artists, improv performers, dancers, and choreographers, Sound Bath facilitators, well-established jazz singers…. Come see our lineup and get our tickets on our link, “An Enchanted Evening, A Carnival of Expressive Arts”.

Tina BE Bakehouse is an intuitive creative artist and communication coach who guides leaders to their breath, body, and voice to be fully expressed and communicate with confidence and clarity. With over 30 years of experience in communication research and teaching, theatre, and presenting, Tina BE helps leaders tune into the wisdom of their body and voice to clarify their mindset, craft an aligned message, and embody the mechanics of confident speaking.

Her signature approach blends:

• Skill built on three decades of teaching and facilitating workshops and presentations, including 10 years at Creighton University, a master’s degree in communication studies and dual BAs in English teaching, speech, theatre, and psychology, advanced professional writing certificate;

• Play that’s rooted in her background in storytelling, laughter yoga, and improvisational theatre;

• Spirituality guided by certifications in holistic psychotherapy, Dakini Ta**ra certification, Keirsey temperament theory, 5 levels of improvisation, and a belief in seeing each client as a whole, wise soul.

A two-time TEDx speaker, Leadership Iowa alum, and former Walt Disney cast member, Tina BE is also the author of Discovering Our Magnetic Speaker Within. Whether on stage, in workshops, or through one-on-one or group coaching, she empowers people not just to speak, but to resonate.

Our enchanted event is coming soon! We want to thank all of our generous sponsors for making this possible! We are not exaggerating when we share that this could not occur without you!

What do we wish to accomplish? This is of course a fundraiser to offer free expressive arts group programming to youth and adults in the Omaha & the greater areas. We offer these at nextfoundationomaha.com spring and fall.

It’s also an opportunity to get a glimpse into our world… The world of creative healing. Each and every human id creative! We are designed to play. And when we get to do this in the collective in safe, inclusive ways., magic happens!

People heal, grow their sense of belonging, practice@safe risk taking, lean into mindful presence as a way of being, and find more peace and alignment in the process.

This FUNdraiser allows you to come create, witness, and experience the creative process from dynamic creative professionals.
