The city put together this pop-up exhibit in Aksarben Village where you can see four different visions for what Omaha could look like in 20 years: growth, transit, neighborhoods, all of it. Participate as a family, or let young children play in the dedicated kids' zone with fun, age-appropriate, planning-related activities.

If you drive: there's free parking on the street and in nearby free parking garages
If you ride public transit: Future Lab is accessible via Metro South Zone Bus Routes 3, 11, 13, 15, 18, 24, 30, 55, 95, Aksarben Transit Center and MCC South Transit Center
If you ride Heartland Bike Share's free, pedal-assist bicycles (or your own bike!): there is a bike share station at 2110 South 67th Street, in front of Aksarben Cinema, just off the Keystone Trail
If you need a rideshare: we have a limited number available. If you need one, email [email protected] and we'll schedule a free ride for you.
If you can't make it to the Future Lab in-person, the entire experience is available online. You can watch the videos, read about the scenarios, and make your selection from wherever you access the internet at wemakeomaha.org/futurelabonline.
