Our employees never cease to amaze us. 💙

This week, Mutual of Omaha employees partnered with Siena Francis House to help meet growing food needs in the Omaha community, packing more than 1,300 protein packs and writing notes of encouragement for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Acts of service like these reflect who our people are every day. Whether volunteering their time, sharing their talents, or lending a helping hand, our employees consistently show what it means to care for others and strengthen the communities we call home.

"Having associates here today show up and do this is just part of who we are": Mutual of Omaha helped deliver protein packs to the homeless at the Siena Francis House. FULL STORY ⬇️

Did you know that 1 in 7 people across the heartland are struggling with food insecurity?

Today, members of our Foundation team packed nearly 1,900 lbs of food, supporting neighbors in need! We are grateful for the Food Bank’s commitment to eliminate hunger.

We're proud to partner with organizations like Child Saving Institute (CSI) that are creating meaningful impact for children and families across our community.

Thank you to the Mutual of Omaha volunteers who came together to assemble these kits - a great reminder of what can happen when people come together to serve others.

Thank you, CSI, for the important work you do every day. We are honored to support your mission.

April was a meaningful month of service as we celebrated National Volunteer Month and Earth Month at Mutual of Omaha. Giving back is central to who we are—and our employees continue to bring that commitment to life in powerful ways.

Throughout April, employees contributed more than 1,700 volunteer hours, supporting causes they care about across multiple states. With company-supported opportunities to volunteer during the workday—alongside time given outside of work—our teams showed up for their communities and the planet.

As part of Earth Month, we were proud to partner with Keep Omaha Beautiful, rolling up our sleeves in both Levi Carter Park and Fontenelle Park. At Levi Carter Park alone, volunteers collected more than 800 pounds of trash, helping create cleaner, safer green spaces for the community to enjoy.

We are grateful for our employees’ passion and dedication—and proud to support a culture where giving back is part of how we work every day.
