We’re so excited about our partnership with BookLoop, bringing multilingual books directly to families at The Cornerstone!

Access to books in the languages families speak at home helps make reading a part of everyday life. We’re proud to support Omaha Public Schools’ Moonshot goal of having all students reading on grade level by 2030.

A great partnership, a great resource, and lots of books to explore!

We've been working alongside Canopy South to build the Cornerstone Lending Library, and it's finally open. 📚

Tucked inside a new apartment complex in Omaha's Canopy South neighborhood, this library is a little literary home just for residents. Kids and grown-ups alike can borrow a book, dive in, and swap it for another whenever they're ready for more.

Everyone deserves easy access to a good story, and now books are right down the hall for more families.

Thank you to everyone who helped make The Hills We Share possible!

A special thank you to historian Jose Francisco Garcia for sharing such an informative and dynamic overview of South Omaha history. We were also honored to have members of the Jetter family join us and share more about the history of Jetter Brewing Company and the building that is now home to Canopy South.

We loved the conversations, connections, and reflections shared throughout the evening. Thank you for helping us celebrate the history that came before us and the community we continue to build together!

We are offering private tours if you were not able to make the event, just send us an email ([email protected])

✨ Every community deserves the chance to thrive. ✨

Across South Omaha, community partners are coming together to bring once-in-a-generation investments and projects across the finish line — creating new opportunities for residents, families, and businesses to thrive.

Projects are funded in part by the Nebraska Department of Economic Development.

Honored to partner with Latino Center of the Midlands, Girls Inc of Omaha, OneWorld Community Health Centers, Inc., The Simple Foundation, Latino Economic Development Council, and the City of Omaha.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.
