The 3rd Annual College Football Kickoff Roundtable, Auction and Raffle is August 27th at Hurrdat Sports Bar. This year's Husker Roundtable will feature Brandon Reilly, Josh Banderas, Mo Barry and one more former Husker. Once again we will have a silent auction, lively discussion and a raffle. The Jet Award Foundation met with Governor Jim Pillen today to celebrate the many students that have gone through the Johnny Rodgers Career and Technical Scholarship at Metropolitan Community College (Nebraska). With the help of NSORG funds we have more than doubled the number of students earning degrees and certifications since the start of 2024. Johnny S. Rodgers

Congrats to Jet Award namesake Johnny S. Rodgers as he will be a special part of the Midlands Business Journal's 50th year anniversary. The Jet will receive one of the inaugural Golden Circle Awards. The Perseverance & Impact Award will be presented to Johnny “The Jet” Rodgers May 5th at the The Durham Museum.

From the stunning live painting that brought in a record-breaking bid to the "Legacy" moment with our past winners, this was truly a "classy affair" to remember.

Your commitment ensures that we continue to provide life-changing technical scholarships through MCC and Iowa Western.
