Nebraska Boyz is getting BETTER!! The best part is this is open to EVERYONE! High schoolers down to the little guys from anywhere or any sport! EVERY Wednesday 6- 7 through June. 80 for the month or 25 drop ins. Come train with the one and only DES WILFORD! Des has worked with some of the best athletes around. Lets work!!

Coach Des Wilford (Sports Performance Consultant) Helping athletes optimize their abilities through a unique approach to training. 3x Kentucky State qualifier, 2x Kentucky state medalist, and Kentucky State Champion. 2x Junior College Conference Champion, 2x Junior College National Qualifier, and 1x Junior College All American. Starter for the University of Nebraska at Omaha wrestling team. I am proven professional with over 15 years of experience, specializing in developing athletes from a physical and mental standpoint.
