Deep Listening workshops begin Tuesday!

These workshops invite participants to explore sound, imagination, listening, and creativity through collaborative activities. No musical experience is needed.

June 9 — Dreaming Worlds
June 16 — Future Listening

Gabi Vanek’s visit has been postponed while she recovers from surgery — we’re sending her love and look forward to welcoming her later this year.

For March, we’re opening the space for something different:

Quiet Collective — a low-volume sound jam.

Bring an instrument and join us in exploring sustained tones, drone textures and spacious gestures.

All levels welcome.

Soundry is back!

This Friday, January 9, we kick off 2026 with local sound artist Alex Jacobsen

Alex will introduce techniques for using handheld recorders and prerecorded sound for sculptures and installations. Feel free to bring a recorder, cassette player, or phone — not required.
