We're excited to share that the latest Head to Heart Evaluation Results are now live!

This cohort included 15 licensed professionals and feedback from 61 clients. The results show the impact that equipping trusted professionals with the tools and resources to support mental health conversations can have on our community.

We are thankful to all of the participants and all who have been a part of Head to Heart over the years and have helped shaped this program. And a special thank you to Dr. King who completed the evaluation for this program.

If someone collapsed at work, most people would know what to do.

But what if someone was struggling emotionally? Would your team feel equipped to help?

Mental Health First Aid teaches people how to recognize when someone is in distress — and how to respond with care, confidence, and connection.

We offer this certification for both adults and youth because we believe every person deserves to be seen, supported, and connected to the help they need.

Workplaces that invest in this training don't just build skills. They build community.

Sometimes, the people closest to a challenge have the hardest time seeing it clearly.

That's not a weakness; it's human.

When teams are stuck in the same conversations, when something feels off but no one can quite name it, when you know change is needed but aren't sure where to begin. That's where we come in.

We listen. We ask the right questions. And we walk alongside you to help find a path forward.

That's what consultation looks like at The Wellbeing Partners.

Not sure where to start? Reach out, that first conversation is always on us.

When organizations are working toward similar goals, alignment becomes essential.

Through convening, we help bring partners together—creating structure for collaboration and supporting shared progress.

This work often involves multiple organizations, perspectives, and priorities.

Our role is to help guide that process so it leads to meaningful outcomes.

We believe that healthy people build healthy workplaces.

And healthy workplaces build healthier communities.

That's not just something we say — it's the reason we show up every day.

When organizations invest in the wellbeing of their people, everyone feels it.
More connection. More clarity. More capacity to do the work that matters.

One key takeaway from the Community Health Improvement Plan is that many of the challenges organizations face are shared.

No single organization is navigating these issues alone.

Addressing them requires collaboration, coordination, and a shared understanding of priorities.

This is where bringing organizations together becomes essential—not just to talk, but to align and move forward.

How is your organization responding to challenges like this in your work?

Sometimes the challenge isn't knowing something needs to change—it's knowing where to start.

Consultation is designed to help organizations work through that.

It often begins with understanding the current situation, identifying gaps or priorities, and then providing guidance on next steps.

That can include:
– navigating team or organizational challenges
– supporting strategy and planning
– strengthening workplace wellbeing approaches

It's about bringing an outside perspective to help move forward with clarity.

Not sure what your organization needs? A consultation can help clarify the right path forward.
