We believe that healthy people build healthy workplaces.

And healthy workplaces build healthier communities.

That's not just something we say — it's the reason we show up every day.

When organizations invest in the wellbeing of their people, everyone feels it.
More connection. More clarity. More capacity to do the work that matters.

Becoming a Workplace Partner with The Wellbeing Partners is where that journey begins.

One key takeaway from the Community Health Improvement Plan is that many of the challenges organizations face are shared.

No single organization is navigating these issues alone.

Addressing them requires collaboration, coordination, and a shared understanding of priorities.

This is where bringing organizations together becomes essential—not just to talk, but to align and move forward.

How is your organization responding to challenges like this in your work?

Sometimes the challenge isn't knowing something needs to change—it's knowing where to start.

Consultation is designed to help organizations work through that.

It often begins with understanding the current situation, identifying gaps or priorities, and then providing guidance on next steps.

That can include:
– navigating team or organizational challenges
– supporting strategy and planning
– strengthening workplace wellbeing approaches

It's about bringing an outside perspective to help move forward with clarity.

Not sure what your organization needs? A consultation can help clarify the right path forward.

We’re excited to share that Claire and Claudia are presenting next week at the Middle America School Mental Health Conference on our ongoing Youth Mental Health Literacy Project taking place within a local school district.

This work is centered on helping young people build the knowledge, language, and confidence to better understand mental health, support one another, and connect to caring adults in their lives to access resources when needed.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to share what we’re learning alongside others committed to supporting youth wellbeing in schools and communities!

This is what facilitation looks like in practice.

Recently, we partnered with Charles Drew Health Center to support a workshop—creating space for conversation, input, and shared understanding.

Our role is to guide the process:
– ask the right questions
– create structure
– help organizations gather meaningful feedback

The goal isn't just conversation—it's clarity.

Looking to gather input or guide meaningful conversations within your organization? This is one way we support that work.

Last week, we had the opportunity to celebrate another Head to Heart cohort graduation.

This work is focused on equipping community members with the tools and confidence to recognize and respond to mental health challenges.

It's one example of how training can extend beyond the workplace and into the broader community.

As a nonprofit, this is a core part of our mission—supporting both organizations and the communities they're part of.

Interested in bringing training like this to your team or community? Learn more about upcoming opportunities.

Facilitation is often thought of as "running a meeting," but it's more than that.

It's a structured way to guide conversations so teams can align and make progress.

That can look like:
– Focus groups to gather input
– Strategic planning sessions to define direction
– Team conversations to improve communication and alignment

The goal is the same: helping groups move forward with clarity.

If your team is having the same conversations without progress, facilitation may be the next step.
