💙 The Power of One Voice 💙

Amber and Lindsey recently had the incredible opportunity to attend the 2026 CASA Conference – The Power of One Voice! 🙌

Over two inspiring days, they had the chance to connect with CASA volunteers and advocates from across Nebraska and share the resources and services Foster Heart + Hope provides to children and families in foster care.

They also enjoyed incredible keynote speakers, empowering sessions, and meaningful conversations that reminded us of the power we all have when we come together with one shared purpose. 💙

We are so grateful for opportunities like this that allow us to continue learning, build relationships, and spread awareness about the resources available to children and families in our community.

It was a wonderful two days filled with heart, hope, connection, and inspiration! 🫶

Thank you to everyone who made the 2026 CASA Conference such a meaningful experience. We are excited to take what we learned and continue putting it into action for the children and families we serve. 💙

💙Welcome to the Foster Heart + Hope family, PayPal! 💙

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with PayPal and could not be more grateful for the way their team has embraced our mission from day one.

Their enthusiasm, generosity, and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children and families in foster care have already made a tremendous impact. And what makes this partnership so special? They’re investing in our mission in more ways than one! 🙌

✨ Serving: PayPal employees are volunteering at our boutique, helping sort and prep clothing donations, organize the boutique, and prepare inventory for shopping days.
👕 Collecting: Their Omaha office is hosting an internal collection drive for new summer clothing, socks, underwear, and hygiene products to help restock our boutique and support the 200+ children we serve each month.
💙 Giving: Employees also have the opportunity to make financial contributions to support our ongoing programming and inventory needs — recognizing that the work we do goes beyond donated items alone.

We are so thankful for the PayPal team for showing up with hands ready and hearts full. Partnerships like this are a powerful reminder of what happens when businesses and nonprofits come together around a shared purpose.

When businesses invest in their communities, lives are changed. Children receive the resources they need, families find support during challenging seasons, and hope becomes tangible. 💙

We are so grateful to have been part of the Omaha Rotary year-end celebration! 💙

It was an honor to join an evening that celebrated the incredible impact Omaha Rotary has made throughout our community. We were especially thankful to hear them share about their support of our boutique and the difference that partnership has made for the children and families we serve.

Nights like these are a powerful reminder that we are not doing this work alone. Behind every family we serve is a community of people, businesses, and organizations who believe in this mission and choose to invest in it.

To Omaha Rotary, thank you for your partnership, your generosity, and your commitment to strengthening our community. We are honored to stand alongside you and are deeply grateful for all you do to make hope possible.

💙 386 Volunteer Hours in August! 💙

August was an incredible month for our volunteer family! Our Back 2 School party was made possible by the countless family and friends, RSM US LLP, Omaha Women's Soccer, and dedicated community members who showed up to make the day special for local families. 🎒📚

And the support didn’t stop there! Throughout the rest of the month, amazing groups helped us clean up after the B2S party, manage hauls, and continue providing much-needed boutique support. A huge thank you to Elite Disabilities, RSM (who volunteered with us multiple times!), and an incredible group of 26 fifth graders from Brownell Talbot for giving their time and energy to our mission. 💙

We are so incredibly thankful for every volunteer who gives their time, talents, and heart to Foster Heart & Hope. Your support truly makes our work possible! 🫶

☀️💦 Summer was full of fun, laughter, and memories! 💙

One of the highlights was a special pool party hosted by Monica, one of our wonderful volunteers! 🏊‍♀️🌊 It was the perfect opportunity to step away from the busyness, relax, connect, laugh, and celebrate the incredible people who make Foster Heart + Hope possible every single day.

Our staff and volunteers pour so much time, energy, and heart into serving children and families in our community. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you! 🫶

Thank you, Monica, for opening your home and creating such a fun afternoon for our Foster Heart + Hope family. We are so thankful for the community surrounding this mission. 💙

💙 This is why we do what we do.

Behind every item in our boutique is a child who deserves to feel confident, cared for, and seen. For children entering foster care, having something as simple as clean, new clothing can make a world of difference.

One CASA volunteer recently shared this powerful experience with us: “I am a CASA volunteer and when I met one of the children on my case for the first time, he only had 1 pair of pants, 1 shirt, and no underwear. I contacted Foster Heart + Hope and was invited to come in the next day. I was able to take this child 4 new bottoms, 4 new tops, several pairs of underwear, and socks. He was so excited to have new, clean clothing to wear! Foster Heart + Hope has ALWAYS come through to support children in foster care.”

💙 Every child deserves to have clean clothes that fit, essentials they need, and the opportunity to feel like they belong.

We are honored to be a resource for CASA volunteers, foster families, caseworkers, and the children they serve. Stories like this remind us that what may seem like a simple donation or a few hours of volunteer time can have a lasting impact on a child.

✨ We just couldn’t get enough of 360 Touch Events! ✨

The 360 experience was definitely one of the highlights of our Back 2 School Party! Children, families, volunteers, and staff ALL got in on the fun—and we loved every second of it! 📸🎉

But what made it even more special? The family who donated their services to our event are also foster parents. ❤️ They get it. They understand the importance of creating fun, meaningful experiences and making children feel seen, celebrated, and valued.

Thank you, 360 Touch Events, for giving our families an experience they’ll remember and memories that will last forever! 🥰
