Hey there Omaha!
We've been quiet but only because we're still working hard finishing up our boxes to raffle! We're putting the finishing touches up on these babies so these can be the best darn "Little Boxes" in Omaha.

We are currently in contact with city and are making efforts to get them installed in parks across the Omaha metro for maximum access to those who need it.

If you would like one installed at your residence send us a PM or email at [email protected] and we'll add you to the list of places we have planned.

The OYAC will maintain it, you just get to give it a home!

Raffle tickets are $5 to sponsor one of these creations! If you win, your name will be engraved on a plaque and affixed to the box along with the Youth and Adult Artists that created it!

We've sold over 100 raffle tickets so far! Get yours today!

The Little Boxes Building Bash was a such a great success and a fun time for EVERYONE! We are so grateful to the Adult and Youth Artists that came out and shared their artistic talent with us!

Thank you for answering the call to assist the youth and support OYAC.

Thank you to Habitat for Humanity for providing the cupboards and raw materials, Sherwin-Williams for the crates of paint, and the Catholic School/Charity that donated 3 laptops to us.

Special thank you to Jenn Cutter our OYAC President for ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK and donating your time and space to make this event happen.

Jenn spent the week before the event getting everything ready. This phenomenonal woman sanded and cut the wood, assembled boxes, put them on the stands and in the buckets all on her own.

Thank you to the Youth Board for getting out of their comfort zones to conduct our Youth Recruitment activities: canvassing, flyering cars, going to schools, and talking to youth and their parents.
These are definitely skills the Youth will be able to use as adults.

Special thank you to the Youth that came and created with us!

We're going to put the finishing touches on the boxes this week and get them ready to raffle!

Day 1 of the "Little Boxes Building Bash" is in the books as a success!

It's amazing to see the magic our Youth and Adult Artists created out of old cabinets.

Our Artists did a WONDERFUL Job!

These artistic pieces will be filled with things people may need or want but don't have immediate access to throughout vulnerable communities in Omaha Neb.

The Youth and the Artist that assists them will both have their names proudly displayed on the box as the creator.
