Chelsea brings a powerful blend of local and global leadership experience, serving as Director of Global Programs and interim COO at Relief for Children. Her work spans grantmaking, humanitarian policy, and community-centered development, with previous experience supporting global protection initiatives through the USAID Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance.

Her commitment to equity, safeguarding, and community-driven solutions aligns deeply with our mission to empower the next generation of young women in STEM.
