A wonderful couple of days spent with amazing teachers! Our T.E.A.C.H. Omaha Board decided that Ms Blakely (Millard West HS) and Ms Morris (Ackerman Elementary) would be our 2022 T.E.A.C.H. Omaha Teacher Award winners. Each given $400 to invest into the classroom. It was an honor spending some time with them the past 2 days! We are heading into our 3rd year of this awesome mission to help Teachers and Students pursuing a degree in Education. That said, we rely on your generosity to continue this very important mission. It was awesome meeting Rylee and her family this evening! We presented Rylee with a $750 T.E.A.C.H. Omaha Scholarship. Go get em at UNO, Rylee! Good Luck this Fall, we know you will do great things!

Good Evening! We were able to meet 3 amazing Teachers today and provide them each with their Teacher Appreciation Gifts! Ms. Waugh and Ms. Burkholder at Omaha South High School (Omaha Public Schools). Also, Ms. Morris at Ackerman Elementary (Millard Public Schools). We appreciate their hard work and positive impact on their students. I did have a helper this afternoon too! :)
