Collective for Youth "Relentless advocates for Omaha’s afterschool community." Collective for Youth provides support to 25 school based OST sites serving over 3,500 youth.

Collective for Youth’s vision is to develop a community of thriving afterschool partners who are empowered to ignite the imagination and grow the minds of youth. No matter what door a child walks into for an out-of-school time (OST) program, it should be a high quality experience. Collective for Youth Leadership Boot Camp Day 2! CFY's Lavone Walker kicked off the day with presentations from Civic Nebraska's, Tracy White and retired OPS principal, Dr. Lisa Sterba. The most valuable asset you can accumulate is a network of supportive relationships you build along the way. These are colleagues who celebrate your wins, pull you through tough projects, and provide honest feedback when you need it most. Leading with grace, stretching your comfort zone and creating strong relationships are the building blocks to being a strong leader. Strong leaders build strong afterschool programs.
