Meet Natalya Flaten, LIMHP, NCC, CCTP-II, C-PD โ our amazing Southwest Co-Responder! ๐ฎโโ๏ธ๐
With over 10 years in mental health and 5 years serving with the Omaha Police Department, Natalya is passionate about meeting people where they are and humanizing conversations around mental health.
Sheโs a certified trauma expert, Mental Health First Aid & Counseling on Access to Lethal Means (CALM) trainer, and member of both Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) and the NE Violence Risk Assessment Cadre. Her work extends beyond crisis callsโshe also helps train officers and leads with compassion and knowledge.

๐น Proud moment? CorCon 2024 in Omaha. Our small team worked so hard to pull off planning and coordinating a national conference for about 1,000 attendees, while also responding to 911 calls
